JAPANESE PIONEER
A pioneer of Pixel Montage, a technique he developed in 1988, Ichikawa creates mesmerizing works composed of thousands of photographic fragments. His art explores the relationship between the individual and the whole, inviting viewers to reflect on perception, memory, and the interconnectedness of all things.
ZEN GARDEN
The featured series "Zen Garden" embodies the quiet power of contemplation. Inspired by the philosophy of the Japanese Zen garden, these works reveal harmony emerging from countless individual elements—where silence becomes a space for reflection and discovery.
